At The Archive, every item is curated with care to reflect the atmosphere and experience of our store. Because many of our products are limited, handmade, or part of curated collections, we do not offer general returns or exchanges except in cases of damage or error.

Merchandise Orders

  • All sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on apparel, candles, accessories, or other merchandise once shipped.
  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@thearchivechs.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so our team can review and make it right.
  • Replacements or store credit may be issued at our discretion for verified damages or fulfillment errors.

Membership & Subscription Boxes

  • All boxes are final sale. Because each box is curated and often includes exclusive or time-sensitive items, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after your order is processed.
  • If an item in your box arrives damaged or missing, please notify us within 7 days of receipt so we can arrange a replacement item (if available) or store credit.
  • We do not offer refunds for delays due to shipping carriers once the package has left our facility.
