Shipping policy

Shop Orders

  • The Archive fulfills all U.S. shop orders within 5–7 business days (excluding U.S. federal holidays).
  • A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order ships. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam or promotions folder, or contact us at info@thearchivechs.com.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and disclosed before completing your purchase.
  • Please note:
    • The Archive is unable to hold a shop order to ship at a later date with a preorder.
    • Orders containing multiple items may be combined or shipped separately. Any difference in shipping costs will not be charged or refunded to the customer.

Shipping Address Changes

  • If your order has not yet shipped and the shipping process has not begun, we can update your shipping address. Please email info@thearchivechs.com with your order number and new address.
  • Once the order has entered the shipping process, we are unable to make address changes.
  • Note: Updating your shipping address in your online account will not change the address on any past or active orders.

Returned Orders

  • If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the order will not be reshipped until the original package is received and a return and reshipping fee is paid.
  • If a refund is preferred instead of reshipment, a refund for the product total minus the return fee will be issued once the item is returned.

Tracking Information

  • If your tracking number shows no movement or has not updated after 7 business days, please contact us at info@thearchivechs.com so we can assist in locating your package.

Damaged Items

  • In the event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at info@thearchivechs.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
  • We’ll work with you to replace the item or issue a refund, as appropriate.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • The Archive is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. If you need assistance initiating a claim, we’re happy to help guide you through the process.

International Shipping (if applicable)

  • At this time, The Archive ships within the United States only. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future.
